CA Bhavya Bhavesh Shah is a Chartered Accountant with an academic background in law, offering professional services in taxation, audit and assurance, transaction advisory, business structuring, FEMA advisory and regulatory compliance.

He works with individuals, firms, LLPs, companies and business groups, providing structured advisory and compliance support across diverse professional matters. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is in practice since 1998. He has experience in Industry, especially in Construction and Foreign Exchange Dealers. He has worked with House of Patel's & Patel Roadways Ltd., Wall Street Finance Ltd. - Foreign Exchange Div. & Raheja Constructions & Group Industries. His experience in Budgeting & Ratio Analysis, Break Even Analysis & Reviewing Internal control system is tremendous. He has handled TDS Assessments, advising on salary structure of employees to minimizing Tax Liability, Assist in Conduction Audits of Group Co.s & Handling Assessment & liaison with Income Tax Dept. & pleading as consultants to group companies.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is in practice since 1995. He has experience in Industry especially in Stock Broker firm, Finance & Leasing Co. He has worked with M/s. G.R. Pandya (Member of BSE), M/s. Bajaj Hirers & Lessors Ltd. & M/s. Indus Auto Belts Ltd. as a fin. controller with listed, quoted fin. co. He has experience in internal audit, reviewing internal control system, taxation, assessment & liaison with Income Tax dept. He has pleaded to consultants of various groups. He has expertise in liaison with Bank regarding applying for Working Capital limits, Term Loan preparing CMA Data, Opening of Import L/c, Local & Export L/c Discounting etc. He has handled Balance Sheet finalization & Co. Law Matters etc. of Group Co.s.

Handled audit of brokers and non-banking financial companies, carried out Tax Audit and Certification work for various purposes, handled filing of return of income in case of Individuals, HUFs, Trusts, Pvt. and Public Ltd. Cos., etc.

She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and in practice since 2011. She has completed DISA from ICAI. She has very wide range of Professional Experiences in course of Articleship from same firm M/s. Bhavesh & Associates, C.A.s. She has worked with various CA Firms on Freelance / Assignment basis.
